She had strong knowledge about the process and procedures. Especially, she knows the market very well, local market or national market. She was very patient with the sellers and buyers, and pay attention to details. I would strongly recommend her to any potential buyers or sellers. She actually was involved in every step of the selling process, even coordinate with me for the house renovation and final house repair. That has been a great relief for me. I do believe I would not get there without her as my agent.
